DO-FOLLOW
These types of links allow search engine crawlers and users to visit the mention link in any content of website. If the google crawler reach on any website or page and while reading this page its found any other link on that page it will surely crawl this link after finishing crawling your page or content. If you want to search engine crawl your link then always use do follow links.
NO-FOLLOW
These types of links only allow users to access the link. Search engine bots or crawlers are not able to access these types of links. These types of links only can help you to get visitors on your content or website but google can't crawl these links.
